Meet Doug Fry

I've called the Phoenix/Scottsdale area home since 1970, watching the Valley of the Sun grow into the fifth-largest city in the country. My career began in heavy commercial construction and commercial recycling, giving me a front-row seat to the region’s incredible transformation.

Everything shifted for me on October 8, 1998—a day that marked the beginning of a new chapter. I've always found fulfillment in helping others, whether through community involvement with Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, DeMolay, or officiating youth sports. I also have a fun-loving side and have had the joy of volunteering as a clown with the APS Volunteer Clowns, visiting 22 North American Shriners Hospitals for Children.

Real estate turned out to be the perfect fit for my passion for service. In 2002, I joined Russ Lyon Realty Company, known for its strong presence in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley. When Russ Lyon merged with Sotheby’s International Realty, I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be. Today, Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty continues to feel like home—both professionally and personally.
